“At first I was getting my sleep as needed. Lately I have been waking at 1:00am and not been able to get back to sleep. My doctor has me taking 2 at bedtime. Hoping that will resolve my issue.”

“I am really liking the capsules. I fall asleep quickly, I have no groggy feelings, so I like the ingredients. They do instill calm because it used to take me longer to fall asleep.”
