“Wow, I have tried both the sleep capsules and the sleep gummies. Both will help you fall asleep for sure. I will note that the sleep gummies are a lot more powerful. The capsules gently rock me to sleep, but the gummies hit me and there is no fighting sleep. I love how the capsules more so help me relax and then I eventually fall asleep, but if I happen to have insomnia or anxiety, the gummies will get me to sleep faster.”
