“I started soul with oils then moved to these capsules. I love that they gave me a larger dose. Didn't like that I had to take with food before bed. They did upset my tummy a bit even with food. The larger dose definitely helped me sleep better and reduced my collarbone pain. I have an sc joint that is basically not functioning so it gets inflamed and painful.
