“Love the product - really works as promised. Unfortunately, the shipping logistics of this company are terrible. I've had two separate orders get completely lost in shipping. In one instance, they sent me a replacement product (but it was not what I originally ordered) and in the other instance they pretty much said, "too bad" and reimbursed me for shipping only.
