“My hormones are out a wack and after talking with my doctors they each recommended some form of antidepressant to help with my extreme pms. Now I’ll do what I must but I didn’t want to have to take a chemical cocktail for a few days so I would feel like myself only to deal with side effects from the medication. Any “natural” anti stress options you have to take everyday for at least 2 months to see any results, if you get any. So this was my last resort before submitting to antidepressants and I’m glad I gave it a try!!! Mellows me out, takes the edge off and if I don’t take it the next day it’s ok.
