“Initially they worked for better sleep but after two weeks I was back to restless post menopause sleep. To be fair I'm off work during the summer so I am up later and my routine is changed.I may give them another try once school begins again. Melatonin gives me weird dreams so I may have to try something without the Melatonin.”
