“First off I don’t like the sugar in the product and that’s why I have a 4 instead of a 5. I don’t want to be eating anything sugary, even just a little, before bed. That being said, I track sleep with an Oura ring and my sleep score has definitely improved since taking these. I only take half a gummy on week nights and a whole one on weekends. It has helped me stay asleep longer and that is a win.”
