2. I sleep good in beginning but start waking up at 1 am and restless thereafter until final alarm goes off. I typically take 2 gummies and magnesium. I sleep anywhere from 4-9 hours, but generally average 5-6 hrs of sleep per week.
3. I thought they would be better since recommended by Chalene Johnson, but they weren’t.
