“I ordered these because I was waking up almost every night. I would be up for several hours and eventually get back to sleep. Now I take my gummy about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I go to sleep easily and am happy to say I sleep through the night and get 7 to 9 hours a night. Very happy with my results. So thankful my daughter recommended this product!”
