“There’s nothing more that I can I say other than these gummies work! I take one about 30 minutes or so before I want to be asleep and they work their magic. I fall asleep easily, stay asleep and don’t wake up feeling groggy. The taste of them are a little different and wouldn’t be my first choice in flavor.
