“These have a strange bitter almost earthy taste that ligers which I am not crazy about. I honestly did it notice any improvement in my ability to fall asleep or stay asleep after eating two. I really really wanted these to work for me! If I have to take 3 alight to notice an improvement there is no way I can afford them. They were over $2/each even with a discount code.”
