HI Michele and thanks for the feedback on our Sleepi Gummies! Some customers report better sleep with only a half gummy and some up to 1/2/2. It does take some time to find your perfect dose. Would be happy to offer a substitute product to you if you would like. Our Chill Caps happen to be a great alternative but help well with sleep and do not contain melatonin if you have a sensitivity to that.
