“Finished my first bottle and now trying the capsules. These definitely help but I still have to add additional 5mg melatonin :(. Falling asleep is my biggest problem and everything is worse during PMS. Was hoping one gummy would be enough but not quite. Still really like it though and will continue ordering because this has to be a healthier choice long-term as opposed to the two doses of Unisom and melatonin I was taking every night. I may need to add the drops?”
“This has helped me fall asleep faster and even fall back asleep mid night wake-up’s. Sometimes I’ll take a small bite again in middle of night if I need a little more. Half a gummy seems to work well for me an hour before bedtime. Taste is mildly funky but overall tolerable.”
