Each person responds differently so it takes a little time to determine what may work best for you. You do not have to worry about consuming too much, as your body will use what it needs and naturally expel any excess. Also, some people need a week or so for their body to recognize the effects of CBD. While others might experience a more immediate result. What can you "expect to feel" when taking CBD? I like to explain it as more of what you don't notice or feel anymore and keying into these things - an overall sense of less anxiousness and things bothering you (or for me a pile of direct dishes!).
