Hi Sandra and thanks for the feedback! Each person responds differently so it takes a little time to determine what may work best for you. You do not have to worry about consuming too much, as your body will use what it needs and naturally expel any excess. Also, some people need a week or so tor their body to recognize the effects of CBD. While others might experience a more immediate result. More/a high dose is not always the best for personalized results.
