I have tried other CBD options and was Leary as they seemed to not have the affect on me as this does. Taken once dropper in the morning and one in the evening has helped balance my mood and given me that extra something to just start the day with more ease. If I'm feeling a little annoyed or not feeling the rest of my long day ahead, this also helps with a balancing to get me on through. When taken in the evening, I am still looking to see the affects as I do have trouble sleeping sometimes. Maybe the evening sleep option I will.try next.
