“I recently tried them for my migraine headaches...They do not work for that, but I do take it at night and I sleep much better! I take between 50 and 70 ml per night right before bed....I use to wake up three four times a night and had major trouble falling back asleep. I never needed an alarm to wake up in the morning for work b/c I always slept crappy. But after being on this, I wake up may once or twice a night and fall right back to sleep. It really helps w/ insomnia and I would recommend this product to my dad who also struggles to sleep. I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive!”
