“The single has proved a perfect alternative to those nights when I feel like just want a beer, but I don't want to drink. It doesn't impair me at all, just makes me feel a little more relaxed. I usually sleep a little harder and I'm able to just chill and do whatever my evening plans are, whether that's just watching TV or beign social.
I recommend taking at least an hour before you go to bed though, I tried taking right before bed, to just induce the better sleep, and that left me feeling pretty weird in the morning. Let it metabalize before you go to sleep. Takes 30-40 minutes for me to feel the effect.”

I also filled out a CS form in case that was easier for them to find. I still haven't heard back from them two months later. It's really disappointing, as this brand has been endorsed by people I trust. I may have to look at sourcing similart products elsewhere.
