The Blueberry ones worked well. I usually fall asleep pretty quick anyway, but those kept me out more soundly I though.
The Chamomile ones I didn't seem to experience the same effect on those nights. Which seems odd, and when you only have a couple of each could be coincidence?
Unfortunately I don't think mine had any Raspberry some how, or if it did then they were so close in color to the Blueberry that it must have been the first one I tried (which I will admit looked a little lighter and tastier) in which case they had the same effect as above.
Like I said, I don't usually take long to get to sleep, and unfortunately I'm terrible about scheduling enough time to sleep, so maybe not the best example there for a review, but overall I'm happy with them.”

For me I don't like getting super "high" so the mild effect from just a couple was just right. That said, each person will be different as I gave one to a friend who said they had a much stronger effect.
