“It does help with sleep. Makes me dream big time but the next morning I feel sorta heavy & sleepy. My eyes even feel heavy. I'm guessing I need to work on the perfect dose. I'm sorta sensitive to medication anyways. I think it hits me like an hour after I go to sleep. I for sure can't take one whole gummie. I need to take half or less to figure out what works for me. I do like this better than melatonin though.”
