Personally I like to start slowly and feel it out. I started with 1/4 and and now at 1/2. Just adjusting since this is my first double dose order. I was using the regular OOO and was taking a full one !!! Try it ! You’ll love it!”
“Though the gummies have quite the kick whne i first took them. They don't seem to have the same kick now and i no longer feel any effect.
i've tried the sleep gummies and though they seem to work ar first. Now, not so much and i always wake with a headache.
