For me, when I would need/want to take these, I need it to get me dialed in and I don't feel like it happens... or at least as much as I need it to. I probably wouldn't buy again but that's probably just how my body is and what it needs. I would recommend trying it to see if it works for you, though, because I do swear by the sleepi drink and CBD oil, so I know their products are incredible in general.”
