That said, whether it just be how my own digestion worked at random or something with them, it took the longest time to take effect for me. It was sharply noticable when it hit, just took closer to the 4 hours to kick in, and by then I was closer to bed time anyway.
I also learned (I'm not highly experienced overall), that this level is past where I would like to stop on the average time which might affect your busying just.
