“I am still very new to this. Wanted to find something to help me relax. I tried the 1.5mg, 3mg and 6mg and felt absolutely nothing. So I ordered the 10mg and that did the trick. Sensation was odd, a bit of swirliness, slight nausea, didn't last long. After that I cut them up and took 3/4 (7.5mg) and that seems to be the best I've hit on so far. A little swirliness, no nausea, decent relaxation. Still doesn't last very long but the 7.5mg dose is the best for me so far.
