“I saw on USPS informed delivery that my order had been processed and was on its way. It kept tracking it until one day there was no more updates and no delivery. I contacted Soul and they looked into it and they saw it hadn’t been delivered and they shipped the order again, no charge. It’s worth the money… good insurance.”
