“No problem with Soul Hippy but I would check the ethics of 4 Ocean as there are criticisms levelled at their lack of transparency as a for profit organisation. See YouTube for criticisms. I have decided not to wear the bracelet I bought as I am of the view that little of the revenue goes to cleaning the ocean and is possibly lining the pockets of the two business graduates that founded 4 ocean. Not impressed!”

“I’m very disappointed with the product. I’m happy to help clean up plastic but this is too much money for such a poor piece of work. The octopus one doesn’t even have an octopus charm. Sorry but I’m very disappointed”

“I've purchased with 4Oceans already about 4 times and have always been very happy and excited particularly regarding what they do to clean our oceans and help marine wildlife which is very important and vital work within the crisis of climate change of our planet. I purchased the Octopus bracelet and it arrived nice and early but the quality of the bracelet was horrible more like plastic and also a much thinner band than my others and more importantly I could not adjust the band no matter how I tried - so I've had to return it.”

Hi Gigi, I'm very sorry that you were not satisfied with the bracelet that you received - please return it to us and we will issue a full refund. The quality of the bracelet that you mentioned is a concern and we will raise it with 4Ocean - as the bracelets are themselves made from recycled plastic that has been removed from the ocean the makeup of that material will change slightly, but it should not be to the detriment of the finished quality of the product.
