“I love these bracelets. The first one I had broke where it adjusted probably just a manufacturing defect. I wasn’t to bothered as both 4ocean and Soul Hippy are very worthwhile businesses but when Soul Hippy found out my bracelet was replaced without me even requesting it. That’s what you call excellent customer service”
