“After 3 band practices I’m having a hard time trying to find the right ear piece that works best. I’ve found the bass sounds more boomy which is not good. I had hearing protection made for me 18 years ago. Half way through the practices I’ve gone back to my old ones which fit prefect as they were molded to fit my ear canal. I can definitely see that in a different loud environment that’d work, but as a guitar player in a rock band it just doesn’t seem to be the right product for me. After reading a lot of reviews I seem to be in the minority. After spending 140.00 I’m not good to give up just yet”
“I am a full-time musician / audio engineer and have to protect my ears as much as I can. The Minuendo Lossless Earplugs are great for cutting out every day sounds. I use themfor many hours on my 'loud volume' days, playing drums, dog barking, soundchecks, tear downs (while a house system plays music or venue vacuum cleaners are roaring) If I am at a club and play with my jazz trio, I can attenuate the sound very quickly to the volume I like. If someone walks up to me to talk in a loud environment I can flip the attenuator on one ear open very quickly without them even noticing. Best of all, they are comfortable to wear, much more than my in Ear Monitors which I have to use in my larger band. When buying those Minuendo Lossless Earplugs, I thought they were a bit expensive, but they are actually a great value, they sound good at all levels, und are much cheaper than a hearing aid later in life!”
