“The device itself is great. Unfortunately, I don't know if it's great for me. I'm a drummer and despite a few weeks of practice with it, I can really only use it effectively with my practice pad, not on my kit. After what I spent on it, I'm not going to give up on trying but I am disappointed it has not been an easier journey.”

“I husband is a profesional musician and he says he never liked to practice with metronome, but now that is convenient for him to have it as watch, he said he always uses it and started to like to practice with metronome!”

“First of all, I'd really like to give this a higher review, as I do like the concept behind it. But I ran into major problems with the Core Steel and the Customer Support (or lack thereof.) When I got my Core Steel, everything worked fine. I was happy, getting accustomed to the physical input of this type of metronome. I think it was after two weeks I started gettin problems with the metronome: it was getting irregular, missing beats. I then wrote the Customer Support using the app on the phone. It took longer than the mentioned 48hours (it was more like 72hours). The member of the support team was friendly and helpful, we had a short email conversation, and we decided to downgrade the firmware of the Core Steel. But the problem persisted, and I again wrote back using the same issue ticket number. I waited more than a week and still no response. So I'm stuck with a Core Steel that doesn't work properly, a non-responding Customer Support, and burned almost 300 bucks because I can't use the main function of the Core Steel.”

“I really enjoy the metronome and db meter functions, and the new notifications feature is great. I wish that I had the ability to get a pitch from my watch (similar to using a tuning fork) or to hum a note and have the tuner tell me what note it is. For now, the tuner does not seem to work well.”
