“I was in the long stay car park on this occasion and I thought the service was excellent. On the trip to the airport, I just missed one bus but only had to wait 3 minutes for another. And on the return to my vehicle, I stepped out of the airport and a bus was waiting. No complaints at all.”

“Long stay parking was easy to use. Straightforward to book and find. Courtesy bus took us to the airport within 20 mins of parking.”

“Easy to use with number plate recognition. Very straightforward. Got a cheaper deal emailed through at the start of the year. Only issue was going to pick up car at 11.30 p.m. I couldn’t see where the shuttle bus was. Not a problem as I walked, but if I had luggage it could have been.”

“A very good and simple service but rather expensive at £120 for being away for 6 days ! I think the service should cost slightly less unless it includes more such as car wash etc etc”

“The long stay parking was easy to find and I found the map that I had downloaded very useful. The barrier didn't open immediately to I had to press for help. My booking was found quickly and I was allowed in. I found a parking space easily and close to the bus stop G which was good because I had my dog with me. When I returned I had extra luggage and the bus driver was most kind and helped me from the bus to my car. I can't thank him enough, if everyone was as kind and helpful as he was the world would be a much better place.”
