“Ordered Rawlings R-100 Ohio baseballs on Jan 2nd. Received WRONG baseballs, just plain R-100 and not with the OHSAA logo like I ordered. I have spoken with Erika in shipping on the phone 4 times and exchanged emails 3 other times regarding getting the correct R-100 Ohio baseballs. She kept promising that the correct order was placed and just waiting in tracking number from Rawlings… never received one which means no order was placed…she also stated she would call me on two separate occasions to collect CC info/payment, at a discounted rate per the owner, for the correct order and instead of sending the wrong order back, I would just use them. As of today, Jan 18th, I still have no resolution, no tracking number for the correct baseball order, nor any contact from Erika about remitting payment… HORRIBLE customer service and follow through!!!!!”
