“I did have an issue with my order but it was resolved in a timely manner. My order never shipped. i had a tracking number but a week went by and nothing. I called the store and I was told they did not have the bat in the back and that was likely why it never shipped. They offered me the demo bat and said it was in great condition. I accepted and they shipped it Next Day. We received it right away and it was absolutely in great condition. They did give me a discount for it not having been new in the box. They definitely found a way to make a what could have been a bad situation into a great one. It was most important to my 7 year old to have this bat and they made it happen! I will definitely shop here again.”
