Description
Our aluminum license plate blanks make a great promotional item or personalized gift. The auto tag blanks can be finished with vinyl, paint, screen printing ink or engraved. The Black and White plates are powder coated. The These plates are not anodized and will not accept sublimation inks.
The show side of each license plate is covered by a cellophane-like protective liner. Please remove the liner prior to use.

Thickness: .025" for White and Black and .040" for Silver and Gold

Colors: White, Black (backside is white), polished Silver and polished Gold

“License Plate Blank fine, awfully thin but flawless. After resigning myself to paying nearly twice the product's cost in shipping, I was dismayed to learn that doubling my order would skyrocket shipping more than double again. Customer Service could only guess that doubling the order would put the weight too high, but these plates are aluminum and only about the thickness of a file folder. One seems to weigh nearly nothing and two would be about twice that, yes?...;o)....and then about $8 in postage, so I settled for just the one.I would buy a License Plate Blank in aluminum at more like 1/16" or so if one were offered. And yes, still hope to get it here for something less than $10.”

“I used one of your Aluminum License Plate Blanks for mounting a license plate on a car's front, without drilling holes into the bumper. I bolted the license plate to the blank, and then affixed the blank to the bumper using heavy strength Scott 3M Velcro. It's smooth and clean and fastened securely.”
