Description Create your own rhinestone templates with our house brand SGS rhinestone stencil making material. Our SGS Rhinestone Template Material is ideal for small rhinestone sizes and any vinyl cutter with at least 200 grams of cutting force. SGS Rhinestone Template Material works great in the Silhouette Cameo, Portrait, SD, Craft Robo, CriCut and other small vinyl cutters. After you cut your rhinestone template, apply it to a Rhinestone Template Backboard permanently so it can be used over and over again. Once applied, the template cannot be removed. SGS Rhinestone Template Material Specifications:
Composition: Smooth PVC rubber-like material. This product is NOT a flock. If you are looking for a flock, please see the Rock-It Flock item. Roll Width: 12" wide with an acceptable tolerance range of +/- .25" Roll Length: Sold by-the-foot. A full master roll is 30 feet (10 yards). Thickness: 15 mils. (15/1000") with an acceptable tolerance range +/- 2 mils. Blade Requirement: Some vinyl cutters will require a 60° blade. The standard Silhouette Cameo blade cuts it easily.

“I was very pleased with how this material cut and WEEDED!!! It's always a "Hold your breath" moment when you venture into a new material. But it works VERY well with ss10 and up size holes. SS6 not as good with weeding. Will continue to play with my settings to make it work. Still this is perfect for my needs. The cost is AWESOME compared to what I've been paying!”

“Great product. Easy Weeding. I did need to adjust my cutting depth on my Silhouette from 6 to 4 so I didn't cut through, but once I did that it works great.”

“I bought this roll because my local retailer said the template material they normally purchased was on backorder & I had a big quilt to finish up. I had used their product, which was a few mils thicker and a light green color, and cost more than this material. The problem with that product was that the crystalwork feature on my Bernina wasn't completely punching out the chads & I had a lot of manual labor to perform after the punching process. This material is thinner and the holes punched cleaner. I wish it were a tiny bit thicker, but it is ok as is, and the cost is more reasonable than what I was paying at the local retailer.”
