Description Transfer & Seal Tape from Specialty Materials is an application tape with a special glue designed to resist high temperatures. Transfer & Seal Tape can be used with solvent and thermal resin ColorPrint products from Specialty Materials along with many dark (opaque) inkjet transfer papers from other manufacturers. Use the tape to hold together multi-piece designs cut from opaque materials prior to transferring on a heat press. Removes cleanly after pressing with no leftover glue residue. Always test Transfer & Seal Tape with all non-Specialty Materials brand products prior to going into production.

“The tape transfer & seal tape has expand the possibilities of what I can do with my dark transfers tremendously. On one hand, the transfer paper does require a little lifting. But on the other the hand, once the paper is on the tape, it's there to stay and tape sticks to the shirts well. Once you peel off the tape there is no smearing or smudge from the ink on the shirt. So if you use dark transfer paper for your business and have a vinyl cutter, I would recommend this tape for your text designs or other background free design.”

“As those of us who use 3G Jet opaque knows, it's not easy to find a really good mask that works with this material. The mask is either too sticky or not sticky enough. Thankfully, although this mask isn't perfect, the material does adhere the mask fairly well. Now there is a little lifting involved, but beyond that, the film does stick to the tape and its doesn't leave a sticky residue after you pull off the apparel. I love it and would recommend it to anyone using 3G Jet opaque.”
