“When I received the glasses, I had ordered the wrong vari-focals and the glasses were loose. This was picked up when I put my mistake on Trustpilot, Spex4less called and said if I wasn’t 100% happy they would put things right. The order was my fault, but chose a different kind of varifocals to suit my present glasses for a small fee to replace the lens and tighten the glasses. Sent them off, took another couple of pictures of myself, week and a half later got them back, fit perfectly. What brilliant service, my next purchase will be re-lens my older glasses. Can’t fault the customer service and the prices, so thank you Spex4less”
