“I assume made to the wrong prescription. The web site shows a "default prescription" that is neither the latest prescription I supplied nor the one supplied with the order [the same thing]. Customers should beware: delete all previous prescriptions when making a new order to avoid incorrect products. For distance glasses used in driving this is a serious matter.”

“I use Spex4less a number of times during the year as I seem to be a dab hand at losing them and rather than pay the high price at my local optition for glasses I buy the lower end of the scale glasses and they suit me absolutely fine. Maybe they are not as strong but I do not often keep them long enough to find out. I rate the service as high and the glasses as well and they always send the glasses within a few working days. The website is easy to use and you can upload a new presription just like that.”
