“I have a +4.5 prescription for the reading area of my varifocal lens which needs a thick lens, so I went for the high refractive index glass (thin lens) and also for an enhanced field of view. These do increase the price by a fair amount, but I am pleased I did as the lenses are noticeably more comfortable than my previous pair. Happy with the frames I chose, so all in all a good pair of specs.”
