Simple hook up- compatible with filter pumps up to 1/2 hp or a pump flow rate less than 2500 gall/hr (9463 L/hr). Suitable for above ground pools with a capacity up to 8000 gallons (30,280 litres). 1m sq (11ft sq) surface area to absorb the sun's rays. Includes: 1 1/4in (32mm) hose attachment points; 2 B adaptors for 1 1/2in (38mm) hose connection; 0,5m (1 1/4in / 32mm diameter) connecting hose; bypass valve. Mat dimensions: 1,2m x 1,2 m / 47in x 47in. NOTE: Not suitable for use with saltwater systems.

“The mat worked better than expected. It's easy to connect and disconnect. The water is noticeably warmer than without the mat and does enough to take the chill off. The weather has helped and the sun is obviously required due to this being a solar mat. I'd be tempted to purchase another one and daisy chain two but I'm happy with the purchase and glad the item worked out.”

“Unbelievable how good these work. With a good sunny day I constantly achieve 30° in my 10ft metal framed pool using 4 solar Mats and only the running cost of my 1000 gallon intex pump at 99 watts as opposed to my now redundant 2900 watt heater.”

“When I took it out of the box, I wasn't impressed as it was folded and didn't straighten out. Two weeks in and it still has parts that are lifted off the floor due to the folds. However, it does a good job of taking the chill off the water and as the sun has been pretty great, our 8' pool has been much warmer. The kids are constantly in it now and I am very happy with the purchase, as are they!”
