“I refilled this for the first time yesterday, I was worried it would be complicated and messy but not at all! The toilet bowl cleaner is better than what I was buying before and the refill is really easy, just pour in the hot water, then top up with the concentrate and shake. It takes a few hours to mix fully but you can tell when it's ready as the colour is even throughout.”
