“These boots are very comfortable but, although the uppers are in excellent condition, the heals wore down extraordinarily quickly. One heal has actually broken in half and the sole is now nearly completely detached from the upper. This all happened in the space of 8 months, fairly light usage.”

“So far I have yet to receive the item and am waiting to hear from Yourselves in there whereabouts. This despite the delivery charge charged. Very poor show which I think is caused by your delivery agent :-(”

“Boots were lovely, but as they didnt fit i took them into store for a refund only to be told they could only issue a credit note. This was very imconvenient as it has prevented me going elsewhere to find different boots”
