“These boots come up smaller so therfore took them back to the store who didn't have a 7 to try so took a voucher. I am disappointed that u can not get a refund unless u send them back and I do not think that should be at your own cost. I think you should send a prepaid label or your store should send them back.”

“I bought these for my wife. The quality isn't up to her old pair but the price I paid was a lot cheaper than her original pair. They look nice quality apart from the sole, which isn't glued on to the boot very well and also looks cheap. We will see how long they last”
