“Unfortunately because for the flimsy packaging the jacket was partly wrinkle. As you know it is a leather-look which mean I am not able to iron it. Maybe you should consider investing in a sturdy packaging or box which the customer could perhaps select at an extra charge? Therefore when one receive those sensitive material items one won't feel disappointed when receiving it”
