“The irritrol diaphragm matches the size of my older diaphragm in Hardie 205 s sprinkler valve. The old diaphragm is much better made with a rib in the middle. The outer holes are very well defined. The new diaphragm is a flat rubber part. The replacement is tricky as it requires the hole alignment under spring pressure. I did that having some 4 screws partially driven into diaphragm so the holes are self located. After careful tightening out side screws the leaking of water from sided stopped. However the sprinkler valve did not work i.e sprinklers did not pop up when solenoid was activated. I am still diagnosing the problem. If one has skill and perseverance the diaphragm will be a good replacement.”

“I purchased these for several Irritrol 205 valves. They arrived quickly and appear to be well-made. I've installed 3 so far. They fit perfectly and corrected the leaking caused by the cracks in the old diaphragms. Hopefully I won't need to replace them again for a few years!”
