“VERY DISAPPOINTED. When we received our order of 3 one-gallon cans of 711 IPS PVC Heavy Body Gray Glue, all 3 cans were badly damaged, due to improper packaging. One can was almost punched open. This is my first and last time using this vendor.”
My apologies, I will be following up privately to do what I can to make this right. I agree that items should NEVER arrive damaged to a customer, and will be working with the warehouse to review packing rules to assure this doesn't happen again.
