“Keys doesn't match exactly. It takes a lot of shaking the key to get it it to line up to open the door on the box. I tried to lock it back, but no luck. I layed the keys side by side with the only original I have and it shows that the keys are not cut properly.”

“I ordered a set of keys for a sprinkler system in October and despite a confirmation they had been delivered, we did not receive them. I called Denny at the Sprinkler Supply Store and, although did not at all believe it was the suppliers' mistake, he immediately shipped another set of keys to me at no charge. The keys arrived in just a few days. The experience was pleasant and the Sprinkler Supply Store personnel were extremely helpful and gracious.”
