“The box they came in was mangled up upon arrival. After installing two of these units, one of them leaks from the main plastic joint when running. Very Disappointed.”

“I had an older Richdell 713 APR sprinkler valve that was leaking around the diaphragm. I bought this valve which is a newer version of the Richdale except it's made by irritrol hoping that the guts would fit in the old Richdell valve. At first the diaphragm did not fit but then I noticed there was a ring around the diaphragm that was removable. I removed it and the parts fit and I reassemble the valve and all is well now. Thank you very much”
