“Our puppy destroyed several of the caps for our sprinkler heads. We were unable to locate these caps anywhere in our town. So, I went online and was able to locate them at Sprinkler Supply at a very low cost. They were not in stock but Sprinkler Supply worked very hard to get them from their supplier. During this time they continued to keep me notified of the status of my order.
