Yep, I see where we missed this, you are correct. The order was placed on 11/17, and it was shipped on 11/18, but for some reason, it didn't get into the hands of USPS until Monday 11/21. What should have been a 2-day delivery, also had a 2-day delay that was our fault. This is not our standard practice and we'd like to make it up to you by refunding your entire purchase.
