Although the plug did not fix the issue, the product arrived within an appropriate time

Shipping charge is high. It arrived one day later than your estimated time. Other wise I am happy with the purchase.

It took three attempts, but the last delivery met expectations. It is driving the X-Core controller as it should. Thank you for following up with replacement parts when the original and its first replacement failed to perform. The rest of the system works well and is easy to use.

This transformer was ordered as part of an X-Core Controller package. It worked briefly in service than failed. The output dropped to about 7 volts. I suspect the copper coils had a defective wire.Sprinkler Supply Store sent me a replacement, but it was rated for 12 VAC not the required 24 VAC. I'm sure the failed transformer was a fluke and that the product has probably been very reliable . It is a simple device but failure in the copper coils cannot be fixed in the field. I am running the rest of the system I purchased from you on manual and everything is working as expected.
