“Just received this via Fed Ex and have not installed yet due to weather issues. The pump I am sure will work, but he response and follow up for shipping was outstanding and that is all a consumer really wants sometimes, they don’t make the pump but I am sure they will stand behind it based on the warranty should anything happen. My last pump of the Tidal wave lasted over 15 years, so let’s hope that is the same. Oh did I mentioned they had the best price of the entire internet and new customer discount, can’t beat that. Win win…
